WIWW- Welcome Autumn
Welcome to WIWW this week! If you are new to WIWW, each week I post what I wore throughout the previous week. It’s a fun way to motivate me to ‘style’ my outfits everyday, share outfit ideas, and give a few style tips.
Be sure to stop by WKWW- What Kids Wore Wednesday today too!
I was so excited to wear this outfit this week. I love styling these ankle boots and these floral jeans. I wore this to playgroup and I think it was a little much for that setting, but I could dress like this everyday. I was totally comfortable and felt like myself. I’m convinced that chambray shirts work with anything!

Top: Thrifted, Pants: Target, Boots: Target, Bracelets: ONE little MOMMA
I wore this for an evening out to dinner for a friend’s birthday. It was a really fun evening out and I loved this simple, but put together outfit. I chose a simple loose white tee to pair with the statement multi-chain necklace. I also opted for no other jewelry besides a few rings.
Jacket: Thrifted (A&F),Top: GAP, Pants: GAP, Boots: Target, Necklace: F21
Ignore the weird face, but it was raining while my toddler took this photo and this was the best we got. I love a black scarf with black and white stripes. Add colored jeans and you are set.
Top: GAP, Scarf: Target, Pants: GAP, Shoes: TOMS
This is the hat I picked up for my birthday and I’ve been dying to wear it. I think it makes a statement and can be dressed up or down. Find a hat this fall that gives you a thrill and wear it often. There are so many shapes and colors out there so find one that sings to you!
Hat: F21, Shirt: Target, Pants: Target, Shoes: Old Navy
This skirt is one I made for Easter. My boys have matching ties that you can see here. I love the shape and the stripes. I chose the chambray top and nude suede heels over a tee and sandals as a way to transition the skirt to fall.
I also tried headband curls that day. Have you tried them? I wasn’t sure they would work with short hair, but with a little touch up from my flat iron, they turned out great. I’ll be doing them again. Any interest in a tutorial?
Shirt: American Eagle, Skirt: made by me, Shoes: Old Navy, Jewelry: F21
