Cinnamon Sparkle Ornaments
I love finding fun craft activities to do with my kids- especially projects that are keepers. When I saw this tutorial on Pinterest I remembered making these cinnamon applesauce ornaments as a kid and added it to the kid craft to do list. We picked up some cinnamon at the Dollar Store and got to mixing. Easton was a great helper!
We used a small star cookie cutter and a straw to make the holes in the shapes before baking.
To add a little extra fun to our ornaments I used Glitter Blast spray paint in gold to add a coat of sparkle.
We used the twine I had on hand to string them up and the kids had a good time hanging them. I love the homemade, rustic feel they add to our tree. And they smell good too!

Oh these are so cute!! We were thinking about doing this this weekend, and you've officially convinced me! Thanks for sharing :)
