What I Wore- Utility Vest and Stripes
Vest: ONE little MOMMA
Shirt: Eddie Bauer
Pants: Old Navy Maternity
Flats: Target
Things are cool around here this August and I'm sneaking layers in a bit early. I have Fall fashion on the brain and since I have it in my closet I'm squeaking in ways to wear it now. You know I love a denim vest and that I have been wearing mine all Summer. Well my new vest obsession this fall is a cargo vest and guess where I got mine? I made it! I will be sharing a tutorial here on the blog tomorrow, but I did it very similarly to the denim vest I made here.
My first suggestion for wearing your cargo vest is pairing it with stripes and black denim. I even threw on leopard flats to add some extra print to the mix. You will be amazed at how easy this vest is to wear so check back tomorrow and start making your own. You'll wish you had when you see all of the ways I style it this Fall!

Okay maybe I need to get in on this vest trend... you look fabulous as always!

ReplyDeleteYou always have the best WIWW's :) I just bought a utility vest and can't wait for the humidity to go away so I can rock it! Love this look girl!
ReplyDeleteThis outfit is perfect! I've seen so many vests like this but have hesitated on taking the plunge because I tend to like more feminine pieces. This outfit totally changes my mind. The vest takes an outfit that would be wonderful on its own and breathes new life into it. Love it!

This Ever Evolving Life
I have been on the hunt for an olive green utility vest, but this post is making me reconsider whether the khaki is a better option! I can't get over the fact that you made it yourself-- so cool! (Stopping by from WIWW)
