What I Wore - Thrifted
If you have been around here long, you know I love to thrift. I love, love, love shopping at my local Savers. If I need a break or an escape, you can usually find me there. I love that they have such a huge selection of good quality items and when I use a coupon (every time), I get everything for so cheap. Thrifting is the kind of retail therapy I can afford! I've posted my thrifting tips (part one and two) before, but I'd love to do an updated thrift shopping post soon. Things are crazy over here with our business (yay for a busy business!), but I will see what I can do in the next little while to add to my thrifting tips. This outfit was almost all thrifted on a recent trip, and the bag was my favorite score. I just love the color palette! The pants are the only thing I didn't grab at the thrift store, but I often do shop for jeans at Savers and have found several pairs that I love.
What are your thrifting questions? Do you have any favorite tips?

ReplyDeleteSavers is my favorite! Last week I found my 5 year old daughter a brand new Candies jacket for $5! I wish I was as stylish as her ;)
ReplyDeleteDo you take your kids? What areas do you avoid? How do you know if it's a good deal? I get frustrated with the rows and rows of pants and jeans. How are you so patient? Are certain days better to go than others? Sorry I have so many questions hehehe
ReplyDeleteI've got the same questions! :D
DeleteMy friend turned me on to Savers last year. Best thing ever. Better than the DI. Usually I go out yard sale-ing. I have been pretty successful this year, lots of kids jeans for the upcoming school year. And the prices are usually a little cheaper than Savers so if I miss on who might wear it, I just donate it for a coupon!
