Asymmetrical Ombre Bob - Hair Update
It's time. Time for a quick hair update - mostly because my hair is probably the reason that 90% of people find my blog. I love my short ombre and plan on keeping it this way, but I also love hats, and it's hard for me to wear hats with a really short bob. So I've been growing out the back over the last few months, and it's almost there. I'm working toward an asymmetrical bob that is about an inch longer than my current style. I've been doing a version of the posh cut for some time now, it's grown out a little, but this time I want to go shorter, somewhat like yours, never have gone quite that short and I need some color..I actually saved a pic of your ombre hair for inspiration for my salon visit. I just need to get around to booking my appointment! I find the cut is easiest for me to style, quick to straighten ( I have somewhat wavy hair). I don't always use heat, I try to give my hair a break, and I don't wash everyday
ReplyDeleteI love it! This is the exact picture I needed 2 weeks ago when I got my hair cut. The stylist ended up cutting the front a little too short. I will be saving this to show her at my next appointment.
ReplyDeleteI had my hair cut like yours last summer! I had my hair down to almost my waist and had just had a baby! I needed something short and fun and this cut was it!!! But now I am in the same boat. I love hats and I miss the pony tail. So I've been growing mine out for the past several months. Yet.. I keep seeing such cute short styles that I'm about ready to cut all of my progress off!
ReplyDeleteA few months back I cut off about 8 inches of my hair into a long layered bob and did a hot pink ombre on the ends! I loved it! Recently the pink faded and I dyed it a nice brown for the fall. Since my hair grows super fast I'm growing it out again and this time letting it get long enough to donate before I chop it!

I just cut my hair into an asymmetrical mid-length long bob. I love it so much! I've had long hair forever, only cutting it short once. I thought I'd never go shorter but I really love how versatile it can be. =)
