Sunday Style- Fresh
CARDIGAN- White Plum c/o // SWEATER- Old Navy // SKIRT- Kohls // BOOTS- Duo c/o // EARRINGS- Nickel & Suede
Did you catch my post earlier this week about goal setting? Did you make yours yet? I'm finally going to sit down and write mine out today and it feels good. I can't wait to get something on paper and feel like my head is in the game. I have been drinking more water this week and tomorrow we'll be joining the masses back at the gym. I am really feeling like a whole lot of squish right now and am missing any muscle tone I claim to maintain. This year I don't have any lofty exercise goals, but I know maintaining an appearance at the gym a few times a week will do wonders for my energy levels and self confidence.
This week I went through the house and packed up a few bags full of things to donate to Savers. I think there is more that I can purge, but I got the ball rolling and it was refreshing. We packed up all of our Christmas decor last Sunday and rather than feeling empty, the house felt lighter. I decided to roll up our dark, patterned rug and replaced it with an new one. Our new rug is lighter and it softens the whole room. Sometimes I forget how much I like to change things and accidentally get stuck in a rut. But I'm grateful when I follow that inspiration that tells me to make a change. It always leads to something better- whether that means learning something new or really improving a situation.
What have you been itching to change lately? Or what have you taken the leap to change?
