Watercolor Florals and Dark Denim

One of my favorite trending prints right now are watercolor florals. I love pieces that are different and a little artsy and pairing pretty florals with a loose fitting blouse is the perfect mix for me.  Although I don't often wear bright colors, this blouse from Woodbury Lane happens to include all of my favorite brights colors right now. In fact I couldn't decide whether to wear these, these or these earrings with this outfit- they all work!

This weekend I headed to Go Blog Social to speak, but also to meet and network with other bloggers. I finally got to meet fellow Midwest Blogger Katelyn from Katelyn Now- and also Woodbury Lane. Katelyn launched her beautiful boutique this past February and I'm nothing but excited for her and her new adventure. 

At the conference I spoke about blogging and building a business from your blog. It went well and I shared a lot of valuable information. It was so gratifying to hear from other bloggers, like Katelyn, after I spoke, about how interested they are in growing a business from their blog. I don't have all of the answers yet, but I do love to share what has worked for us and our goals and dreams. And I love hearing about the aspirations of others too!
