Back to School with Easton and JCPenney

Back to school is in full force at our house and like I've said, this year I have three kids to get school-ready! Easton will be going into fourth grade, Kesler will be starting second grade and Knox will be in kindergarten. It’s going to be a great day when I go from having five at home all the time to two, but we are soaking up these last few days of Summer. We're almost done with our back to school shopping, but one of my favorite traditions is our back to school one-on-one dates. Today, Easton and I are enjoying a treat and we're sharing our back to school picks (and pics) from JCPenney with you.

SHOP THE POST

This year we are in pretty good shape as far as backpacks and lunch boxes are concerned, but new school clothes are always a must. Easton is nine going on nineteen and won’t stop growing. ;) All his clothes are too short or too tight so we’re pretty much replacing his entire closet. And lucky for him, he is actually my kiddo who is most interested in clothes and has his own style, so shopping for him is a good time. He is the one who picks out his outfit at night and even asks my opinion sometimes about what goes well together.

His signature style is a plaid button-up shirt of some kind, graphic tee, jeans and running shoes. He is always wearing blue. His look is all him and I gotta say I love it. :) His items all fit TTS and I'm thinking of grabbing his top and his pants in another color.

I'm also wearing head to toe JCPenney and I'm loving all these easy mom-friendly pieces. This vest is so comfortable and flattering. It does run big so size down. These jeans on the other hand run small so definitely size up. The top and sneakers are TTS and I'm crushing hard on the color of these Nikes. I also love this pair!

Boy's Button-Front Shirt (color: Sapphire Plaid) // Boy's Levi's Jean (color: Sidewalk) // Boy's Adidas Running Shoes // Boy's Crew Neck Tee // Women's Cargo Vest (color: Rich Avocado) // Women's Pullover Sweatshirt (color: Oatmeal Heather) // Women's Levi's Skinny Ankle Jean (color: Off The Cuff) // Women's Nike Running Shoes (color: Particle Rose White)

We found some great pieces for both of our wardrobes that will mix and match well with the rest of our Fall outfits. When the other boys in the family found us shopping online, they all piled in and added a few things to the cart. Let’s just say it was a very large box that arrived later that week, but thanks to a few coupon codes and great sale prices, we kept everyone’s shopping in the budget.

Check out our picks below.

Thank you to JCPenney for sponsoring this post. As always, all purchases and styling were done by me (and Easton!).

  1. JCPenney is my fav. I get coupons from them all the time and they always have great deals when I come in. Deals like “50 off” And “ jcp free shipping coupon ” are what make me save a lot of money everytime I shop there.
