N&S Style Files: Natural Beau and Workwear

Today I'm back with another Summer outfit formula for you- this time with work wear! This outfit was fun to put together because I've been drawn to more work wear type items lately anyways. I feel like suits and blazers and crisp white shirts are having a moment in women's fashion this year and I love that I have somewhere to wear them to! For today's outfit I've styled the Natural Beau Leather Earring with an outfit that you could easily replicate. Read more for style tips below!

If I had a uniform it would probably be a white top of some kind and a pair of unique pants and fun shoes. This translates to casual days when I wear a white tee and striped linen pants or for days like today where I've styled a white blouse and pastel pants. I love a slim fitting, cropped pair of slacks, especially in a fun color to elevate an outfit. It's a classic cut that always looks good. A white blouse can feel dressed up and always looks fresh.  Another element I love in today's outfit is the mix of pastels. The natural leather color of this month's earring is almost a pastel peach, so it pairs well with other pastel colors like mint, light blue, pink and more! You could recreate this outfit with a pair of mint or pastel jeans and a white tee and get some of the same look! I've linked some similar pants and tops below plus I'll add specific product details for this outfit too.  TOP: This top fits TTS and is a tad bit sheer but not bad. It's a crepe-y material that has a little ruffle detail at the collar and flutter sleeves.
PANTS: These pants are SUCH a pretty color- but I did find other fun colors I've linked below. They fit TTS or a tad small so size up if you are worried. The cropped length is just right, and they come with a belt.
SHOES: These shoes are some of my favorites right now. The wedge isn't too high and the leopard is calf hair. The nude leather goes perfectly with these earrings.
EARRINGS: June's Earring of the Month- the Natural Beau. Sterling Silver hooks, lightweight leather. These only come in one size and it is between a small and a medium.
